Militron Printing::
Intricate patterns make their way to customers around the world and are eagerly snapped up by hotels and other representative organisations. With its modern versatile machines Printing carpets is a flexible partner for companies who wish to keep up with the trends.
Printing carpets has five dye-bath machines which it uses to dye plain carpet in every desired colour.
Colourless tufted carpets are immersed in the baths for two hours so that the colour can penetrate the fibres through and through. Two rotary printing process lines are used by Printing Carpets to print patterns with up to eight colours on large quantities of carpet . With the use of micro injectors Printing Carpets is able to apply the most intricate patterns. The printer is so sophisticated that it is able to apply every imaginable patterns or design and use up to 164 different colours in one pattern. The switch-over time required by this high-tech machine is extremely short, which means that producing and developing new patterns and designs can be carried out extremely rapidly.

The machine represents the most modern technology currently in the market, combining highlydetailed 20 gauge pattern possibilities with very high productivity and the highest level of colourfastness available.
The machine is integrated in our existing printing line, thus optimizing change overtimes.
With this technology Printing Carpets has taken a major step in the upgrading of the product portfolio and reinforces it's position in the contract and hospitality segment as well as tailor made rugs.
Printing Carpets can meet all necessary requirements regarding contract and hospitality products.
Different carpet qualities are available as well as an infinite possibility in designing.
Computerized by Millitron©, the 13,440 microinjectors allow an extremely detailed drawing presentation and the choice of any repeat design. Moreover, the microinjectors permit to deposit the colour directlyinside the carpet, colouring the entire yarn in all its height.
The computerized process permits maximum flexibility and a minimum time required to go from the creative phase to the execution phase.
It also gives the possibility to verify the design in every moment of its setting, printing it on paper and seeing it in a virtual environment similar to the final destination of the product.
